Terms and conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all services of Ascend Consultants, KVK 84001313, VAT NL003905269B20, Mickey Mousestraat 57, 1336 ZG Almere, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: joshua@ascendconsultants.nl.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

3. Clarity sessions

  1. You book and pay online through our booking page (Cal.com, payments by Stripe). The session is confirmed once payment is complete.
  2. Prices: €100 for 30 minutes, €199 for 60 minutes, unless shown otherwise when you book.
  3. If you cancel at least 2 business days before the session, you receive a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded. You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to 2 business days before.
  4. If you become a client within 3 months of your session, the session fee is deducted from your service fee.
  5. Because a clarity session is a service on an agreed date, you agree that we may perform it within the 14-day withdrawal period, and that your right of withdrawal ends once the session has taken place.

4. Packages and other services

  1. Before we start, we confirm in writing (by email is fine) what is included, the price and the payment terms. That written confirmation, together with these terms, forms our agreement.
  2. Prices are in euros. VAT is added where it applies.
  3. Unless agreed otherwise, we ask for payment in advance or in agreed instalments before each stage of work.
  4. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point.

5. Your part

6. Liability

We do our work with care. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for decisions made by authorities, schools, employers or third parties.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

8. Complaints and applicable law

If you are not satisfied, email us first and we will respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
